A trip to New Orleans. 

I (Rashell) am going to New Orleans.

here is why.

Utah Valley University Communications Department, 

is starting up a Honors society for their Speech Communication students, 

So they need 4 students to go to New Orleans to attend the NCA (National Communication Association)

So last Wednesday I submitted my application which included

boring transcripts, an essay, and a cover letter.

&& today I got the letter that I was one of the students chosen. 

I am thrilled. 

For Jo, because I know you are probably the only person reading this...

I am going along with Isaac and Joan.

I know you are crying with jealously right now.

It's going to be fun and a lot of hard work

but, also I am so glad I get this opportunity.

Oh, and did I mention it's all expense paid?

Because it totally is.

I told Colb if I come home with beads don't ask.

Can't wait to eat some yummy food. I have never been there.
