Christmas-ish.

We had such a fun Christmas time. We finished the semester with great grades, and half of our minds. Win-win. We went to a few parties and were spoiled rotten. Santa was so good to us. On Christmas Eve all of the extended Nelson's came over and we had a fest, nativity, and gift exchange. I love seeing everyone, they are all so nice and fun to catch up with. Like the 10 year old I am, I couldn't sleep for the life of me I had to use some Voo-do oils (essential oils) to get me to sleep. I woke up bright and early and Colby and I did our Christmas. Santa is such a nice man, especially since we didn't even leave any cookies out. Once we opened all our presents we went upstairs and woke Logan up to entertain us. Once he was up, we woke Tami up and opened more gifts. We had to of been really good this year. We finished the night off with the traditional fondu dinner that makes you feel like you've died and gone to heaven. It was such a great Christmas. I was able to remember what is truly important and focus on my savior. I'm so grateful for my savior and all that he sacrificed for me. #seriouslysoblessed

Black Friday.

This year we just got home from Orlando the day before Thanksgiving, so we were exhausted to say the least. We went to Nelson's and had a delicious fest. Once we recovered for the food coma I hit of the sales with Melanie and Melissa till 4 in the morning. All I got was one measly picture, but I got lots of deals to make up for it. Thanks girls for the great company and eating Panda Express with me at 2 in the morning. True friends

Bachelorette sighting

We had some planning to do with the DeVores one night so we decided to do it over dinner. We went to Cubbys in Provo, which is delicious. Any who we spotted Bentley and wanted to take a picture with him, but didn't have the courage to ask until he was leaving. He is seriously so nice. I hope he finds love, obviously Ashley wasn't the women for him. She and JP wi forever have a boring life..... Sigh.

Disneyworld.

I went there for free once. Yes, fo free. Ok Disneyworld wasn't free, but my flight and hotel were. Thats basically free. Unless you are an accountant, then you'll see that's not free.

I know I have been in college forever, but I've had so many great experiences I'm considering never graduating. Some people thinking I'm kidding when I say that. UVU had been good to me. I've been able to be the Vice President if the communication honorary society for the last two years which has lead to the opportunity to attend NCA. This year it was in Orlando, since I was going for free it only made sense that we made a vacation out of it.

Colby and Logan found a great deal on a flight so the vacation planning was in full swing. We mentioned the great deal to the DeVores since we had talked about a trip to Disneyland and they booked it too! So it was a party at this point.

We all flew out the same day, but I flew out early in the day with my school friends to head to NCA. I honestly love NCA. It's so surreal to network with the people who write my textbooks and seeing what a big deal the Jancy show is. You learn so much going to NCA and makes you excited for research and future plans. While I was getting smart the rest of the party spent their days at Islands of Adventure drinking butter beer with Harry Potter and riding fun rides.

Since, Disney holds the softest spot in my heart we had to do Disneyworld. It was pure magic. Nothing compares. All my dreams came true, I may of got teary eyed when I saw Epcot for the first time, it was everything Barbies Birthday Party at Epcot made it out to be and more. We did all the parks, and ate every fat filled food we could get our hands on.

Sundance

We joined the DeVores and experienced our first Sundance moonlight lift. It was so fun, I have no idea why we haven't done it before. I think the mountains are wonderful, just not when there is not snow on them. After we went to Farrs fresh, it was family home even. That means if your order is an even price, it's free. Well, not to brag, but ours was free and in case your wondering free is delicious.

Happy Doobe.

Happy Doobe as my nephew would say. It's short for happy birthday, either that or two year old slang. You decide. I hit the big 2-4, crazy because I feel like I am still 18. I had such a fun birthday weekend, thanks to the ones who love me. My birthday was actually on a Sunday, so that obviously means it was a two day celebration. Saturday I went to target, my heaven on earth. I soaked up all the target goodness for as long as I wanted, ya know since its my birthday. I went to noodles and company for lunch, it's kinda becoming a tradition and I am ok with that. Then my friend Kelsey came over to start the party (Her sweet mama came from kaysville to watch Mac Mac so we could party all night.) Colby took the sister wives out to see Perks of being a wall flower. Please see if you haven't already. You will cry tears of pure joy. We then meet up with Alex, Chad, and Mel for a birthday feat. Sadly, it was the weekend of weddings and the Woodmasee's and Pilling's were out of town. Whomp whomp whomp. I missed them indulging in my birthday joy with me. I've forgiven them though.
Sunday was a special day. We went to my nieces primary program, which just happens to be Kelsey's ward so I got to sit with her and start my birthday off right. Colby's parents cooked me a fabulous brunch and it was time to get fancy for Amy's Halloween party. She was so sweet and made me everyone sing me happy birthday. It was a treat considering how much i love my birthday.

Chantelles baby shower.

My sister-in-law Chantelle had her first baby boy in November. After having two girls my mother-in-law and i decided to have a little shower for the little man. It was nothing fancy just family and some close friends. I think I married in to the best family (sorry to break the bad news) here are some pictures of your fun night. I was so happy to have the little man join our family.
